Team Donald Drops Game To Team Travis After Late Score

Team Donald lost the lead late in an 8-4 defeat to Team Travis on Sunday. The game was tied at three with Team Travis batting in the bottom of the third when Jayden Brown singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

In the first inning, Team Donald got their offense started when Jamie McCain singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Team Travis evened things up at three in the bottom of the second inning. Caydence Larmon drove in two when Larmon doubled.

After Team Donald scored one run in the top of the fourth, Team Travis answered with one of their own. Team Donald scored when Michael Billman singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. Team Travis then answered when Johnathan Pollard singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Pollard got the start for Team Travis. Pollard went one inning, allowing two runs on two hits, striking out one and walking zero.

Connor Kroonstuiver led things off on the hill for Team Donald. Kroonstuiver lasted one inning, allowing zero hits and zero runs while walking zero. Gavin McCain and Deacon Partridge entered the game as relief, throwing one inning and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

Billman went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Team Donald in hits.
