Team Donald lost the lead late in a 5-3 defeat to Team Travis on Saturday. Team Travis trailed 3-2 in the top of the fourth inning when Timana Bishop doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.
Team Donald got on the board in the first inning. Jamie McCain grounded out, scoring one run.
Chelsea Erickson led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Team Travis. Erickson surrendered one run on three hits over one-third of an inning, walking zero.
Kaiden Bell was on the pitcher’s mound for Team Donald. The pitcher surrendered zero runs on two hits over two innings, striking out one and walking zero. Jaxon Brown and Michael Billman entered the game as relief, throwing one inning and one inning respectively.
Connor Kroonstuiver went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Team Donald in hits.
