Lochlan Evans, Blake Gilbert, and Alan Lawlor have been selected by Brisbane South Baseball Association to participate in the 2020 Queensland State Titles.
The athlete’s participated in Baseball NT’s Athlete Profiling Sessions, where their data was collected on Rapsodo technology and shared with Baseball Queensland and Brisbane South.
Baseball NT General Manager Gemma Scales was thrilled for the athletes.
“Growing relationships with our neighbouring state associations is a key initiative at Baseball NT. These relationships will assist us with providing further development opportunities for our members,” she said.
“We are extremely proud of Lochlan, Blake, and Alan for their selection. It is a testament to their efforts throughout an uncertain year.”
Blake will be participating in the U/18 State Titles event, held in Sheldon, from 24th to 27th of September.
Lochlan and Alan, who were selected for the U/16 State Titles event, have elected not to travel due to COVID-19 concerns. However, regardless of their attendance, their selection is highly commendable.
