NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Baseball Northern Territory Incorporated ABN 48 275 166 226 will be held at the Tracy Village Sports and Social Club, on the 23rd day of November 2024 at 10.00am and via a Microsoft Teams link.

BUSINESS
The order of business for the annual general meeting is as follows:

1. The endorsement of the previous annual general meeting minutes as an accurate record of that meeting;
2. Release of our Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2027;
3. Presentation of the Annual Report, including consideration of the accounts and reports of the Board;
4. Changes to the Baseball Northern Territory Incorporated constitution;
5. The election of Directors;
6. Review Life Members nominations;
7. Review Junior of the Year Award nominations; and
8. Any other general business for which notice has been given.
