NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Baseball Northern Territory Incorporated ABN 48 275 166 226 will be held via a Microsoft Teams link., on the 22nd day of November 2025 at 10.00am.

BUSINESS
The order of business for the annual general meeting is as follows:

1. The endorsement of the previous annual general meeting minutes as an accurate record of that meeting;
2. Presentation of the Annual Report, including consideration of the accounts and reports of the Board;
3. Confirmation/Election of Directors;
4. Review Life Members nominations;
5. Review Junior of the Year Award nominations; and
6. Any other general business for which notice has been given.
