Staffing Update

Baseball Northern Territory is pleased to announce the appointment of Lachlan Modrzynski as its new Youth Engagement Project Officer (Central Australia).

After extensive recruitment and 2 rounds of interviews, General Manager Gemma Scales commented, “There were a number of initial applicants, however Lachlan’s local knowledge really set him apart from the other candidates. I have watched Lachlan’s development of the Alice Springs junior leagues over recent times and am extremely excited about seeing what he will be able do when focused solely on the development within the region.”

Lachlan comes to Baseball NT with experience from the defence industry, Territory Families, the NT Film Office and most recently within the racing industry. Lachlan joined the baseball community in 2015 where he fell in love with the sport. Since then he has taken on the Presidency of Alice Springs Baseball Association and is a key coach and coordinator in the junior programs.
